The school accepts new students throughout the year, provided seats are available. The school year begins in April and concludes in March, divided into three academic terms. The campus operates from Monday to Wednesday (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM), Thursday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM), Friday (7:30 AM to 2:30 PM), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM).

The 191,435 sq ft campus features technology-integrated classrooms, science and computer labs, a library with digital resources, and a Global Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (GCIE) lab. Sports and arts facilities include a swimming pool, outdoor playground, yoga room, dance room, music room, and visual arts room. Safety is maintained through CCTV surveillance and secure ID systems with facial recognition.

Students participate in a wide range of sports, arts, clubs, and service activities. The school also hosts interschool competitions and provides platforms such as the Leadership Lecture Series, Al Tasamuh for multidisciplinary skills, and Qutuhal for research and innovation projects.
