The school's pedagogical project is built on three pillars: the Christian faith, linguistic immersion, and the integral education of the person. It seeks to develop students harmoniously across four dimensions—intelligence, heart, body, and soul—to help them reach their full personal potential. The school operates as a family-oriented community that works in close collaboration with parents, who are considered the primary educators of their children.

The school offers a structured progression from the M0 pre-nursery class (starting at 20 months) through primary and secondary levels. Education is bilingual in the pre-primary and primary years (French-Dutch or French-English) and becomes trilingual in the secondary school. For the final two years of secondary, the school offers the IB Diploma Programme, which includes six subject groups, the Theory of Knowledge (TdC) course, a 4,000-word Extended Essay, and the CAS programme.

The school aims to develop students into responsible, joyful, and generous adults who seek the True, the Good, and the Beautiful. Graduates of the secondary programme are prepared for higher education and global citizenship through the IB Diploma, which is recognized by universities worldwide. The school provides a personalized approach to education, featuring a coaching system for students starting from the first year of primary school. Through this system, students work with a coach to identify their strengths and weaknesses and define development goals. The admissions process begins with parents reviewing the school's pedagogical project and documentation. Families must submit an online application, which is then reviewed by the school. If a place is available, parents are invited to a mandatory interview, ideally attended by both parents, before a final decision is communicated. Admissions are possible throughout the school year, and the school offers a scholarship system through the ARDEA Foundation for families with limited means.

The school year begins on August 31, 2026. Information evenings for the pre-primary and primary sections are scheduled for November 9, 2026, and January 25, 2027, while secondary information evenings occur on November 16, 2026, and February 3, 2027. Open house mornings for pre-primary and primary are held on October 15, 2026, with a secondary open house scheduled for March 17, 2027.

Agnes School operates across two sites in Brussels: the pre-primary and primary school is located at Rue Louis Hap 143, and the secondary school is at Avenue Père Damien 31. The secondary campus features a documentation centre with reference works and digital resources, a computer lab, and science laboratories for biology, chemistry, and physics. Both sites include outdoor spaces for recreation and sports, and the school maintains chapels for its spiritual life.

The school offers supervised study, homework help, and garderie (after-school care) services. The IB Diploma Programme includes the CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) programme, which integrates physical effort, service, and collaborative engagement with personal talents and creativity. Additionally, students may engage in various sports and leadership projects as part of their academic and personal development.
