The school prioritizes early re-enrollment, which must be completed by the end of April, and reserves the right to cancel registrations if required information—such as medical history—is not provided.

The school operates on a standard academic year, with the 2025-2026 school year beginning in the autumn. The academic calendar includes scheduled breaks and events, and the school mandates that students attend from the first day of the academic year to maintain their enrollment status. Teachers participate in ongoing professional development, which includes early dismissal times on Thursdays to refine instructional techniques.

Located in Mahboula, the campus is a modern facility featuring 88 classrooms, each equipped with a computer, projector, and interactive whiteboard. The school grounds include two indoor gymnasiums, two libraries, three computer labs, a swimming pool, a science lab, an auditorium, and a theater. Advanced technology is integrated throughout the campus to support the school's instructional goals.
