The academic year is divided into two terms, each consisting of assessments and examinations. Assessments evaluate student behavior, classwork, homework, and attendance, while exams provide a detailed evaluation of progress at the end of each term.

The school campus is located in Block 4, Street 32, near KFH Bank in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The facilities include classrooms, playgrounds, and spaces designed to support learning both inside and outside the traditional classroom environment.

The school operates a house system, dividing the student body into four houses to encourage participation in sports and extracurricular activities. Students are required to wear house-colored t-shirts on sports days. Additionally, the school organizes field trips to local museums and public places to facilitate trans-disciplinary learning.
