Prospective families must complete a registration form and provide documentation, including a throat culture and stool test, copies of national identity cards for the child and parents, residence documentation, vaccination records, and photographs. The school operates with groups of 15 children, each supervised by one teacher. Enrollment options include full-day and half-day programmes, with flexible start and end times available for selection by parents.

The school operates year-round, including during the summer months from June through September. During the summer season, the facility is open 24 hours a day. Standard daily operating hours during the summer are 8:00–8:30 to 18:00–18:30.

Located in Kalkan, Antalya, the campus features a variety of play equipment including a sandbox, bicycles, pedal cars, and large slides. The school is equipped with diverse learning resources such as intelligence-developing wooden and plastic toys, dolls, and puppets. The facility provides daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.
