    Jana Barnhouse has been with ISG for 32 years, serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and director of human resources before becoming assistant superintendent in 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master's degree in leadership.

    Richard Charlesworth has worked in education for over 16 years and joined ISG in 2015. He holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance, a PGCE, an MA in Teaching & Learning, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University.
