The school offers an enriched curriculum from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, including the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) pathway. The school also provides a specialized, fully accredited three-week ESL Summer School program for international students aged 12 to 18.

One hundred percent of graduates pursue post-secondary studies at universities in Canada, the United States, and overseas. The school provides a dedicated Resource Centre and Academic Support Centre to assist students. The Health and Wellness Centre offers on-site nursing and counselling staff to support student mental health and well-being, with the ability to coordinate referrals to local healthcare providers. Additionally, the school offers an English as a Second Language (ESL) program for international students.

Albert College offers enrolment for day students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 and boarding students from Grades 7 to 12. The 25-acre campus in Belleville features three main buildings: the Middle/Senior School, the Parrott Junior School, and the Early Primary Learning Centre. Facilities include a historic Memorial Chapel, the Alpin and Peggy Drysdale Health and Wellness Centre, and Ackerman Hall for dining. Athletic and academic resources include a full-service gymnasium, fitness room, golf simulator, tennis courts, disc golf course, and collaborative classrooms equipped with SMART Boards.

The school offers language clubs, such as Mandarin and Spanish, as well as various indoor sports and music productions.
