Applicants must submit a completed application, medical examination form, official records for the past two years (three for Grade 12), and birth documentation; an IQ test is required for students with mental disabilities.

The academic year is approved by the Head of School and consists of a minimum of 175 instructional days.

Located on a single campus, the school is divided into National and American divisions, with the American division utilizing twenty classrooms equipped with networked computers and internet access. Campus facilities include a library, lecture hall, technology labs, and dedicated spaces for art, music, and health services. Sports facilities feature a basketball court, a volleyball court, a multipurpose court, and an exercise room, with the premises monitored by a security camera system.
