The school operates on a rolling admissions basis, accepting applications throughout the school year if space is available. Applicants must possess a valid foreign passport to be eligible for admission, in accordance with Taiwan (ROC) government regulations. The process includes a campus tour and an assessment of grade availability.

The school year typically runs from August to June, with tuition and fees due in full by June 30 for the first semester and November 30 for the second semester. The school day for grades 1–12 runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with after-school activities available from 3:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Secondary students follow a rotating block schedule, with specific times allocated for advisory, assemblies, and eight academic blocks.

Located in the Da-Ken Scenic area of Taichung, the campus includes specialized learning spaces such as a library, STEM makerspace, and facilities for art, music, and physical education. The school provides transportation via five well-maintained buses serving most expatriate residential areas in Taichung. An optional school lunch program is available for purchase.

Students are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities to build teamwork and discover talents, including sports, arts, and various clubs.
