Amjad High School is guided by the principle of providing quality education through a student-centered, inquiry-based approach. The school offers a bilingual curriculum in English, French, and Arabic, spanning nursery through secondary school. The academic framework combines American Common Core standards with the Lebanese Baccalaureate syllabus, offering tracks in General Sciences, Life Sciences, and Sociology and Economics. Students engage in a broad range of subjects including mathematics, sciences, social studies, fine arts, physical education, and computer literacy. The school also provides pathways for AP programme preparation and DELF certification.

The secondary programme is college-preparatory, with 100% of graduates advancing to universities in Lebanon and abroad. Students are prepared for the Lebanese Baccalaureate exams as well as international assessments, including the SAT I, TOEFL, and DELF. Alumni have gone on to attend institutions such as Cambridge University and the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Admission to Amjad High School is selective and based on an application process that includes assessments in language, science, and mathematics. The school maintains a maximum enrollment of 2,866 students across all levels.

The school operates on a two-semester system, with grades issued four times per year. The daily schedule begins with the first bell at 7:30 AM, with classes ending at 1:40 PM for most students, while KG, Grade 1, and Grade 2 students finish at 1:30 PM.

The campus features three five-story buildings and a dedicated KG building, all equipped with CCTV, fire prevention systems, and enterprise-wide Wi-Fi. Specialized facilities include physics, chemistry, biology, and general science laboratories, three air-conditioned computer labs, and a library housing over 15,000 textbooks. The school also provides an atrium, an amphitheatre, a multipurpose hall, music and dance rooms, an art room, activity rooms for pre-primary students, a counselling centre, a medical room, and a cafeteria. Outdoor amenities include exclusive play areas for younger students and a sports complex with a multi-purpose court.

Amjad High School offers a robust activity program that includes career-related events, field trips, and weekend excursions. Students participate in intramural and inter-scholastic sports, such as basketball, football, table tennis, and chess. Additional opportunities include a Model United Nations (MUN) programme, a folklore dance club, art competitions, and various charitable campaigns.
