The academic programme is designed to meet the requirements of the Lebanese Ministry of Education, with instruction provided in Arabic, French, and English. Mathematics, sciences, and technology are taught in English. The school is currently pursuing authorization as an IB World School for the Diploma Programme. Additionally, a Life Enrichment Program for secondary students covers topics such as self-esteem, time management, and maturity.

The school operates on a daily schedule with specific timings for different cycles. Preschool (KG1-KG3) classes run from 8:00 to 1:30/1:45, while Grades 1-4 and Grades 5-Secondary 3 follow schedules that include multiple periods and recesses, with dismissal times ranging from 2:30 to 2:45.

The campus is spread across three buildings and includes specialized learning environments such as computer and science laboratories, libraries, and music rooms equipped with instruments. Sports facilities feature courts in every building and a swimming pool. The school also provides a 950-seat auditorium for central events and a smaller theater for the elementary cycle, with all classrooms equipped with interactive boards and internet access.

The school offers a variety of co-curricular activities, including a school choir and band, and the Jeunesse Antonine Scouts. Secondary students participate in an annual leadership camp, both in Lebanon and abroad, and the school organizes a yearly university fair and graduation events.
