Programmes
Ashbury offers a comprehensive academic program that integrates the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme with the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). The Junior School (Grades 3–8) focuses on broad-based, challenging curriculum that promotes critical thinking, while the Senior School (Grades 9–12) provides rigorous preparation for university. Norman SouthwardHead of School – DirecteurNorman became Ashbury’s tenth Head of School in January 2014. He brings 20 years of education experience, including roles as Principal of Neuchâtel Junior College and Assistant Headmaster at Stanstead College, and holds degrees from the University of Western Ontario, Mount Allison, and McGill University.

Amy Foley is an educational leader with over 20 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator in Canada, Kuwait, and China. She oversees academic and program leadership, faculty professional development, and innovation in teaching and learning.
- Brad MoyleHead of Senior School
Brad Moyle is a seasoned IB educator and leader with experience at independent and international schools, including Branksome Hall and the International School of Brussels. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo, a B.Ed from Queens University, and a Master of Arts from Royal Roads University.
- Andrew YoungHead of Junior School
Andrew Young oversees curriculum design, teacher evaluation, professional development, and faculty leadership for the Junior School. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education Leadership from Charles Sturt University and has previous experience at Queen Margaret’s School and Crescent School.
- Alex MilroyChief Financial Officer
Alex Milroy joined Ashbury College in 2011 and has overall responsibility for the school’s financial affairs, information technology, procurement, transportation, food services, and campus maintenance. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with an Honours Commerce degree.

Bruce Mutch joined Ashbury College as Director of Admissions in 2012 and moved into his current role in 2017. He has extensive experience in the independent school industry, having worked at Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School, Ridley College, and Hillside School.
