The school operates on a weekly schedule with specific daily hours: Ashlings (8:00 am – 12:00 pm), Foundation Phase (Grades 1–2: 7:45 am – 1:00 pm; Grade 3: 7:45 am – 1:45 pm), Intersen Phase (7:30 am – 2:00 pm), and Senior College (7:30 am – 2:30 pm). On Fridays, all phases conclude their day earlier, with Senior College and Intersen finishing at 1:30 pm, Grade 3 at 1:00 pm, and Grades 1–2 at 12:45 pm.

The campus features state-of-the-art facilities, including fully equipped classrooms for early learning and a campus shop for uniforms and textbooks. The school also operates a second-hand shop and provides a bus service between Zinkwazi and the campus.
