For the Children’s House, tours are subject to availability, while IB applicants (JK to Grade 8) are invited to tour the campus and participate in a student assessment to evaluate academic readiness, learning style, and social-emotional development. Upon receiving an offer of admission, families must confirm their child's place within a specified timeframe by submitting a deposit. The school offers financial support options through a partnership with Tandia Financial Credit Union.

The school operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The academic year includes various community and student-focused events, such as student-led conferences, end-of-year productions, and exhibitions. Prospective families may attend scheduled open houses or book private tours throughout the year.

Ashwood Glen is located in a modern, purpose-built campus in Burlington, Ontario.
