The school follows an American-based curriculum across three divisions: Lower School (Pre-K to Grade 5), Middle School (Grades 6-8), and Upper School (Grades 9-12). In Grades 11 and 12, students may pursue the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program, which includes courses in Language A, Language B, Social Science, Science, Mathematics, and the Arts, alongside requirements for Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay, and Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS). Students may earn the Brent Diploma or both the Brent and IB Diplomas.

Graduates are prepared for entry into colleges and universities worldwide, with recent acceptances including institutions in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, the UAE, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe. The school tracks IB Diploma performance, with recent highlights including a 100% pass rate in 2024 and an average score of 31.

The admissions process requires the submission of an application form, health form, confidential evaluation forms from a current school, academic records for the previous two years, a birth certificate, and immunization records. Applicants for Grade 1 and above must complete entrance and placement tests, while Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants undergo an interview and skills assessment. A non-refundable application and test fee of US $150 is required, and successful applicants must pay a US $1,500 slot reservation deposit to confirm enrollment.

The school operates on a two-semester system. The 2025-2026 academic year begins on August 7, 2025, and concludes on May 29, 2026, with the second semester starting on January 12, 2026. The calendar includes various breaks, such as an All Saints’ break in October, a Christmas break in late December, and an Easter break in late March and early April.

The campus is located on Brent Road in Baguio City. While specific building details are limited, the school maintains a dining hall and library resources, including the Destiny Online Library. The school also operates a boarding program.

The school offers a variety of activities, including church services, club options, community service, field trips, school camps, and stage productions.
