The school’s educational philosophy is rooted in constructivism, emphasizing active engagement, collaboration, and knowledge construction through hands-on experiences. It also incorporates elements of Perennialism, Essentialism, and Reconstructionism, aiming to foster intellectual capabilities, mutual respect, and social interdependence.

The school offers a comprehensive education following both the Lebanese curriculum, endorsed by the CRDP, and an American-style curriculum. The academic structure spans Early Childhood through Secondary School, with the latter offering streams in Economics and Sociology, Humanities, Life Science, and General Science. The curriculum integrates core subjects—English, French, Arabic, and Mathematics—with specialized courses in robotics, Japanese mental calculations, theater, and music.

The school reports high success rates in Lebanese official exams, with all grade 12 students passing in recent years. Students have also achieved notable results in international assessments, including the SAT, and secured the first rank in a 2023 Lebanese mathematical competition.

The school maintains an inclusion and support team dedicated to assisting the 3.3% of the student population who experience learning difficulties. Additionally, teachers provide weekly support sessions to help students prepare for external exams such as the DELF and SAT.

Applicants are evaluated based on academic ability, willingness to follow school regulations, an interview, and entrance exam results. The entrance exam covers Arabic, English/French, and Mathematics for grades 2 through 8, with additional science subjects required for grade 9 and above. Early childhood and grade 1 applicants participate in an interview process rather than an entrance exam.

The school operates on a standard academic calendar with breaks for national and religious holidays, including Labor Day, Liberation & Resistance Day, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri New Year, and Ashoura. Classes typically resume following these holiday periods.

The campus is housed in a six-storey building in Bir Hassan, featuring three open-air playgrounds, two enclosed play areas, an indoor basketball court, and a covered roof playground for upper school students. Academic facilities include a library with over 7,000 books, a theater, a gymnastic hall, a scientific laboratory, and a computer/robotics lab equipped with 30 computers, 50 robots, and 15 tablets. The school also operates a cafeteria and provides transportation services to areas in Beirut and its suburbs.

Students are encouraged to participate in a variety of after-school clubs and activities, including football, basketball, gymnastics, and arts. These programs are designed to foster physical development and personal interests, with activities taking place after school hours and on Saturdays.
