Bell Creek Academy is a tuition-free public charter school serving students in grades 6-12. Enrollment preference is granted to siblings, children of employees or governing board members, and children of active-duty military families. Upon receiving an offer of admission, families must complete the registration process within seven days, providing required documentation such as birth certificates, immunization records, health exams, and proof of residency.

The school operates on a standard academic calendar, with the first day of school typically in mid-August. The daily schedule runs from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
