The admissions process involves a review of an applicant's previous academic records, language proficiency, and alignment with the IB learner profile. Applicants for the Middle Years Programme (MYP) must complete entry assessments in Mathematics and English, while those applying for the Diploma Programme (DP) undergo subject-specific assessments to determine readiness. The school welcomes applications for students from Pre-K through Grade 13.

The academic year is divided into three terms, typically running from early September to late June. The calendar includes scheduled breaks such as a half-term break in late October, Christmas holidays, a February half-term, and spring holidays in April. The school year also observes various national holidays and concludes with the final day of classes in late June.
