The school offers the full continuum of International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ages 3–12, the Middle Years Programme (MYP), and the Diploma Programme (DP). It also features the "Journeys" framework, which connects academic instruction with real-world career exploration from Grade 6 to 11, and the BINUS Advanced Learning Track (BALT), which provides Grade 11 students with university-level coursework.

Graduates consistently achieve results above the global average, with a 96.5% IB pass rate and an average IB Diploma score of 30, with some students achieving perfect scores of 45/45. Alumni have gained entry into universities across Indonesia, America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The school emphasizes the development of portfolios and real-world experience through the Journeys Programme to prepare students for elite university applications.

The school provides multilingual support, offering instruction in English as the primary medium, alongside Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Korean, and French. It utilizes the Toddle platform, a web and mobile learning management system, to facilitate communication between teachers, students, and parents, featuring AI tutoring and digital portfolios. Additionally, the school offers conceptual and innovative IB tutoring designed specifically for Diploma students.

Admissions are processed on a "First-Come, First-Served" basis, with registration closing once capacity is reached. Applicants must fulfill all academic and administrative requirements, and a non-refundable registration fee of Rp. 800.000 is required. The process includes socio-emotional assessments for Early Years and English, Mathematics, and socio-emotional assessments for Elementary through High School levels.

The school operates on a term-based system, with the application purchasing period typically running from 1 March to 30 April. Entrance assessments and class observations are conducted by appointment, with test results announced within five working days. Re-registration follows within five working days after the announcement of test results.

The campus features state-of-the-art infrastructure, including advanced science laboratories, a library, music rooms, and a multi-purpose hall. Specialized units include a discovery room, makerspace, and various sports facilities such as a sports hall, athletic tracks, fields, and swimming pools. The school also provides a clean, cheerful canteen with food courts and both indoor (soft play) and outdoor playgrounds for younger students.

The school offers over 70 clubs and electives across nine focus areas, including arts, music, sports, community and leadership, public relations, entrepreneurship, literature, humanitarian, and STEM. Notable activities include the Junior Startup, Writers Club, and Coders Club, alongside specialized societies such as Medicine, Law, Engineering, Architecture, Business, and Psychology. Students also participate in leadership camps, community service projects, and collaborations like the Harvard Young Global Leaders Programme.
