Once a place is confirmed, the school coordinates the enrolment process to prepare for the student's first day.

The academic year typically begins in late August, with a new student welcome event held shortly before the start of classes. The calendar includes scheduled breaks throughout the year, with the school year concluding in late June. Specific dates for graduation, holidays such as Juneteenth, and seasonal breaks are provided annually to families.

The campus features modern, technology-enabled learning environments, including bright classrooms and extensive outdoor sports facilities. Students have access to a Virtual School Experience platform to ensure continuity of learning.
