Simon Hinchliffe read Geography at Durham and completed a PhD at St Andrews. He taught at Wolverhampton Grammar School before joining BGS as Deputy Headmaster in 2014, becoming Headmaster in 2016.

Jed Boardman began his career as a police officer before moving into teaching physics. He joined BGS over 20 years ago and has held various positions including Head of Physics and Assistant Head before becoming Deputy Headmaster.

Felicity Hughes joined Bradford Grammar Junior School in 2017 as Deputy Head (Pastoral), and by 2021, her role evolved to include academic responsibilities. She also serves as the Junior School English subject lead.

Richard Ribeiro graduated in Geography from Loughborough University and worked in various educational settings, including as Deputy Head at Wakefield Girls’ High School Junior School, before joining BGS as Headmaster of Junior School in 2020.

Jessica Watson read Drama at Exeter and completed a Masters at Leeds. She has worked as a senior leader specialising in pastoral, behaviour, welfare and safeguarding since 2016 and joined BGS as Assistant Head (Pastoral) in June 2024.
