The school requires a tuition deposit of 1000 Euros for new students, which is refundable at the end of the academic year. Prospective pupils aged 6 years or older must sit a Cambridge Insight Assessment as part of the entry process. Applications are managed through an enquiry system, and tuition fees are determined by the student's age as of September 1st of the entry year.

The school operates on an academic year basis with terms for fee payments. Office hours are maintained from 8:30 to 16:30, and the school provides opportunities for re-registration for existing parents between July 1st and July 15th.
