Inspired by the teachings of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the school is built on the belief that students are essentially spiritual beings. The educational philosophy centers on three core values: Nurture, through a compassionate approach that listens to children's needs; Integrate, by connecting emotions, learning, and spiritual development; and Flourish, by encouraging self-knowledge and a growth mindset. The school emphasizes the importance of Sahaja Yoga meditation in daily life to help children maintain inner peace.

The curriculum integrates traditional, research, and project-based approaches across subjects including English, Italian, Mathematics, Science, and "World & People." The "World & People" programme combines history, geography, and social studies, guiding students from an exploration of natural and historical timelines in class 2 to the study of ancient civilizations and global cultures in classes 4 and 5. The academic programme is designed to support students from grades 1 to 5, with a strong emphasis on international perspectives and the integration of daily meditation.

The school aims to nurture a growth mindset and help students explore and express their full potential. The pedagogy focuses on achieving a harmonious, balanced development where knowledge is a synthesis of the external world and the inner Self. The school welcomes children aged 6 to 11 (grades 1 to 5) from families who practice Sahaja Yoga. Applicants must hold a European (Schengen) passport or possess the legal right to reside and study in Italy. The school maintains a cooperative relationship with the Sahaj kindergarten in Borotin, where children typically complete three terms before transitioning to the first class at Cabella. Applications are open solely for the upcoming academic year, and the school does not maintain a waiting list.

The school operates on a standard academic year basis, with specific term structures for students transitioning from the partner kindergarten in Borotin. The school office is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00 and is closed on weekends.

The campus is located in Cabella Ligure, Italy, and includes facilities such as a school library and access to natural surroundings. The school environment is designed to be safe and protected, supporting both academic and boarding life. The site is managed by Casa Madre Impresa Sociale srl, a non-profit organization that oversees the operational aspects of the school's projects.
