In Grades 11-12, students undertake the rigorous IB Diploma Programme (DP), which serves as a pre-university course of study leading to internationally recognized qualifications.

Cebu International School is an IB continuum school with a history of academic success, including a 100% pass rate for the IB Diploma Programme. Graduates are accepted into universities worldwide, with recent classes receiving acceptances from over 90 colleges. The school aims to prepare students to be globally engaged, responsible, and respectful contributors to the world.

The school provides specialized support through its English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Learning Needs departments. EAL support includes intensive instruction from specialist teachers and in-class "sheltered immersion" assistance, while the Learning Needs department provides individualized support to help students access the curriculum. The Student Support Team monitors student progress and determines the level of support required, which is subject to additional charges.

Cebu International School accepts applications throughout the year for students of all nationalities, provided they meet the school's eligibility standards and the school can adequately meet their educational needs. The admissions process involves a review of previous school records, recommendations, and an entrance assessment, which may include academic proficiency testing or classroom observation for younger applicants. All new students are admitted on a probationary basis for the first year, and the school maintains class size limits and nationality quotas in accordance with Philippine law. Parents must declare any learning needs or English language support requirements during the application process, as admission for these students is at the discretion of the school and may incur additional fees.

The school operates on a weekday schedule from 7:15 am to 5:00 pm, remaining open year-round except for Philippine national holidays and designated school holidays. Admissions office tours are available by appointment on weekdays between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Detailed event and activity schedules are provided to the community through the annual school calendar.

The campus is located in Pit-os, Cebu City, and features facilities designed to support its international curriculum and student life.
