Admissions
The school follows a structured admissions process for prospective students from preschool through 12th grade. Applicants for PreK to 3rd grade undergo a developmental and academic readiness assessment, including a special education evaluation and an interview. Students entering 4th through 10th grade are subject to testing in Spanish Language Arts, English Language Arts, and Mathematics. A non-refundable $100 USD application fee is required, and mid-year transfers from the national Costa Rican calendar to the school's Northern Hemisphere calendar are supported through placement evaluations.
Calendar
The school operates on a Northern Hemisphere academic calendar, running from August to June. The standard school week is Monday through Friday, with classes beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m., with an early release at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.
