Admissions

To apply for a place, students and their parents or guardians must meet with the Principal for an enrolment interview, bringing along the last two semester reports and NAPLAN results if applicable. Following a successful interview, a Letter of Enrolment Offer may be provided, which remains open for fourteen days. To accept, families must return the signed letter, complete an online Application for Enrolment form, and provide documentation including a birth certificate and Medicare Immunisation History Statement. An application fee is charged at this stage, which is credited back on the first fee invoice.

Calendar

The school operates on a term-based calendar. Specific term dates and upcoming events are published on the school's website.

About the campus

The school operates across two campuses in the Clarence Valley: the Cathedral Campus in Grafton and the Clarenza Campus. The Clarenza Campus features a Performance Centre opened in 2021 and is subject to a 25-year Master Plan aimed at long-term development. Additionally, the school maintains "Farnworth," a farm in Glenreagh that provides agricultural students with space for practical learning and offers a rich environment for the broader student body.

Co-curriculars

The school offers a diverse range of co-curricular activities, including performing arts, student leadership opportunities, and various clubs such as chess, debating, and equestrian. Students can also participate in service-oriented programs like the Rural Fire Service, the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, and the Kokoda Walk. Additionally, there are specialized crews for students interested in sound, technology, and the operation of the school's Cafe 74.
