The school manages admissions through a centralized office in Bogotá, with specific representatives available for each of its three campuses. Once a student is accepted, matriculation instructions are provided in November for February starts, or in May for mid-year entries.

The school operates on a calendar that includes February and mid-year entry points. Matriculation for students starting in February is legalized from the first business day of December, while those entering mid-year complete the process in June. Admissions offices are generally available for inquiries Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The school operates across three campuses located in La Calera, Cajicá, and Bogotá (San José de Bavaria).
