The school promotes an integral education that balances intellectual, socio-emotional, and physical development in harmony with nature. Its pedagogical approach is based on Project-Based Learning (PBL) and focuses on developing key skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and self-knowledge. The institution emphasizes values like responsibility, solidarity, and respect, aiming to help students discover their personal purpose and contribute positively to society.

The school provides a bilingual education (English and Spanish) from the initial level through secondary school, with German also integrated into the curriculum. The academic programme is structured around Project-Based Learning (PBL) and covers various literacies, including scientific, technological, financial, and artistic. Secondary students engage in international immersion experiences, such as study trips to the United Kingdom and international calls via the RIIE network. The school also operates a language school offering English, Italian, and German.

Students in the secondary level prepare for and sit for international examinations, including Cambridge IGCSE, ICE Diploma, Cambridge English, and the Oxford Test of English. German language students prepare for Goethe-Institut certifications (levels A1 to B1). Graduates have the opportunity to participate in an annual volunteer programme in Germany through the association IN VIA.

The school maintains an orientation team composed of psychologists and psychopedagogues who support students with emotional or learning needs. A virtual platform, Plattform, is used to provide academic support and facilitate communication between the school and families. Intensive support courses are available for students integrating into the German language programme.

Located on a 12-hectare campus in Los Cardales, the school features dedicated buildings for each educational level. Shared facilities include a sports field, gymnasium, swimming pools, a dining hall, and multi-purpose rooms. The campus also provides support services such as a uniform shop, a bookstore, a kiosk, and an on-site infirmary.

The school offers a variety of afternoon activities through the Hölters Cardales Club, which focuses on sports and arts. Students participate in projects integrating science, gardening, cooking, painting, and social/recycling initiatives. Additionally, the school organizes a summer camp for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
