The educational philosophy is rooted in constructivism, focusing on research, reflection, and the active participation of students to build their own learning experiences. The school aims to develop students' psychomotor, affective, and cognitive skills, fostering critical thinking and a solid awareness of values while respecting the dignity of all individuals regardless of religion, national origin, or social condition.

The schools offer a bilingual curriculum spanning nursery, pre-school, elementary, junior high, and high school. Several campuses are authorized by the International Baccalaureate (IB) to offer the Primary Years Program (PYP) and the Middle Years Program (MYP), while others are currently in the candidate phase for IB certification.

The school employs a constructivist approach where teachers identify the varying intellectual and moral performance levels of students. Instruction is tailored to help students develop metacognitive skills, autonomy, and initiative through research-based learning and the use of interactive, manipulable materials.

The enrollment process requires a formal interview with the school director or an appointed representative. Applicants for elementary and junior high must pass an admission test, while pre-school applicants undergo an evaluation with an area coordinator. Required documentation includes a birth certificate, prior academic records, a good conduct letter, and a statement of no debts from the previous school.

School hours vary by level, as exemplified by the Chihuahua campus: Nursery (9:00 am – 1:00 pm), Kinder 1 (8:30 am – 1:00 pm), Kinder 2 and 3 (8:00 am – 1:00 pm), Elementary (7:50 am – 1:50 pm), and Junior High (7:40 am – 2:50 pm).

Campuses feature air-conditioned classrooms equipped with reading corners and didactic materials, alongside specialized spaces for art, music, and computer science, the latter providing one computer per student. Science laboratories are stocked with equipment such as microscopes and test tubes, while libraries offer resources in English, Spanish, and French. Physical development is supported by sports areas for basketball, kickball, and gymnastics, as well as early stimulation rooms for nursery and kindergarten students.
