The school offers a robust, English-language curriculum that meets the standards of the Middle States Association (MSA) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). The academic program includes core disciplines such as English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Bible, Technology, Art, and Music. While instruction is primarily in English, all students are required to take Spanish classes.

Approximately 92% of graduates immediately transition to post-secondary institutions in Panama and around the world. The school aims to develop biblically transformed, lifelong learners who use their gifts and abilities to positively impact the world.

The school provides college counseling services to support students in their post-secondary planning. Additionally, the school maintains small class sizes to facilitate intentional mentorship and support from teachers.

The school serves students from Pre-K through 12th grade, with an average class size of 13 students. Prospective families must participate in the Christian school program and agree to follow the school’s code of conduct, which is based on a biblical worldview. While Pre-K and Kindergarten applicants may be admitted with lower English proficiency, students entering 1st through 11th grade must demonstrate English fluency in speaking, writing, and reading. The school does not typically admit new students into the 12th grade.

The academic year typically begins in early August and concludes in early June. The calendar includes breaks for Panamanian holidays, a Carnival break in February, and a Christmas break in December. The school year is divided into four quarters, with final exams for secondary students held at the end of the second and fourth quarters.

Located in Corozal, Panama, the school shares facilities with Crossroads Bible Church. The campus features air-conditioned classrooms, a 25-station computer lab, an art room, a music room, a science lab, an elementary library, a covered gym, a playground, and an outdoor cafeteria. The school is situated between the areas of Albrook and Clayton.

Students have access to a variety of programs, including athletics, fine arts, student council, and community service. These activities are designed to help students develop their God-given talents and provide opportunities for leadership and service. Specific offerings include volleyball and basketball nights, as well as an annual International Fun Fair.
