Applications can be submitted online or in person at the school campus. The process requires the submission of a completed application form, four passport-size photos, a copy of the child's birth certificate, and the most recent report from their previous school. An admission fee of L.E. 2,500 is required prior to the admittance exam.

The campus features a well-equipped clinic, a theatre and drama studio, and a library media center. Science and ICT labs are provided, with a policy of one computer per child and internet connectivity. Outdoor facilities include large playgrounds and sports fields with grass, artificial grass, tartan, and hard surfaces, alongside a dedicated Primary Art Suite.
