The school aims to educate students to become independent, respectful, and responsible individuals prepared for a globalized world. It promotes a multilingual, intercultural community that values democratic and team-oriented collaboration, while maintaining a culture of evaluation and feedback.

The school offers a comprehensive educational pathway starting from kindergarten, continuing through primary school (Grundschule) and secondary school (Sekundarstufe), and culminating in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. The curriculum incorporates modern, cooperative teaching methods, including digital learning and specialized language support (DFU).

The school emphasizes individual learning support and guidance throughout a student's educational journey. It employs social workers and pedagogical assistants to support the student body, and maintains a focus on inclusive practices and a welcoming school climate.

The school is a single-stream institution with a maximum capacity of 15 students per class. Due to legal requirements, it currently cannot admit Turkish citizens, including dual citizens. Prospective families must submit an application form, copies of passports, identification documents (Mavi-Kart or Yabancı Kimlik), and health records to enter the applicant pool.

The school operates on a structured academic calendar, with specific holiday schedules published for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 academic years. The school office is open for inquiries Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

The campus is located in Urla, Izmir, and features a library, a canteen (Mensa), and dedicated spaces for learning, such as the 'Lernatelier'. The school provides a bus service for students and maintains its own grounds, including areas for social interaction and academic support.

Students participate in a variety of clubs and activities, including a debating society, the Lego-RobotX team, theater, a school band, and a nature camp. The school also encourages participation in external competitions, such as the First Lego League and 'Jugend musiziert', to foster teamwork and practical skills.
