Teaching approach

The school is a multicultural "school of encounter" that promotes international understanding and bridges between cultures. It focuses on holistic development, emphasizing empathy, solidarity, environmental awareness, and democratic responsibility. The educational approach values individuality, encouraging students to develop their talents across all areas until grade 12 without early specialization.

Programmes

The school offers education from early childhood (ages 2–6) through primary (ages 6–12) and secondary school (ages 12–18). It provides two integrated paths: the German-International Program for German speakers and the International Program for non-German speakers, which integrates students into the German curriculum by grades 5 and 6. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering natural sciences, technology, economics, social sciences, arts, music, dance, and theatre, with instruction in German, English, and Indonesian, and the option to learn French in secondary school.

Outcomes

Graduates earn the Deutsches Internationales Abitur (DIA), a globally recognized university entrance qualification that allows for direct enrollment at universities worldwide, including those in Germany, without additional entrance exams. The curriculum is designed to develop independent, confident personalities capable of pursuing any academic or career path. Alumni benefit from a network that provides ongoing advice and professional connections.
