Mrs. Gleinig is a proud alumna of the school's Class of 2008 and has spent her entire career at Donovan, serving as an educator, Student Life Coordinator, and Vice Principal before becoming Principal. She holds a B.A. in History and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Georgian Court University, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education.

Mr. Heale joined the leadership team in 2024 and served as Interim Principal for the 2025-2026 school year before returning to his role as Vice Principal. He has 34 years of experience in education, including 20 years in school administration, and holds a B.S. from West Chester University and an M.A. in Educational School Leadership from Georgian Court University.
