Dunn School

Dunn School is guided by a "Whole Student" educational philosophy, which focuses on developing every aspect of a student's potential. This approach is built upon five core pillars: Emotional Wellness, Physical Readiness, Intellectual Growth, Social Responsibility, and Moral Courage. The school aims to prepare students for a life of learning and responsible leadership in society.

The school offers a Middle School program for grades 6–8 and an Upper School program for grades 9–12. The curriculum is project-based and includes specialized offerings such as the Robert W. Jurgensen entrepreneurship program and engineering courses focused on design thinking. Additionally, the school hosts a "Winter Term," which allows students to dedicate two weeks of intense focus to a single academic or physical subject. As a member of the Round Square network, the school also incorporates global character education into its academic framework.
