Le Verseau operates on a waiting list basis, with applications accepted throughout the year via forms available on the school website. For the Kindergarten and Primary sections, visits are by appointment only, typically starting in January for the following academic year. Secondary school admissions for the first year are subject to the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles "Décret Inscriptions" process, requiring registration during a specific window in January or February, while applications for years 2 through 5 are managed via a waiting list. Priority is consistently given to families who already have a child enrolled at the school.

The school year typically begins in September. Information meetings for prospective parents and students interested in the first or second year of secondary school are held in December or January, while meetings regarding subject options for the third through fifth years occur in February or March. Confirmations for available places in the secondary section are generally issued after the June exam period.

The school is located in a human-sized environment in Bierges, with a second site in Gosselies that offers technical and professional secondary education. The Bierges campus features large playgrounds for students. The school also maintains administrative and teaching facilities to support its diverse academic and extracurricular programmes.
