Edidot College

Founded in 2006, the school is built upon Christian values and principles, emphasizing moral education, spiritual growth, and social responsibility. It seeks to foster an environment of love and growth, encouraging students to develop character traits such as humility, discipline, honesty, and respect. The mission is to provide a combined American, British, and Nigerian education that prepares children to function effectively in an international context.

The school is divided into three sections: Nursery (ages 3 months to 5 years), Primary (ages 5 to 11), and College (ages 11 to 17). The curriculum integrates Montessori, British, and Nigerian methodologies in the early years, progressing to a comprehensive secondary programme that includes subjects such as Mathematics, Sciences, ICT, French, and Business Studies. The college section prepares students for terminal examinations through a rigorous academic programme that also incorporates life skills and character development.

Students consistently perform well in both local and international examinations, including WAEC, NECO, JAMB, Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE, SAT, and TOEFL. Graduates are frequently accepted into universities both within Nigeria and internationally. The school aims to produce leaders in business, government, and social sectors who are grounded in integrity and academic excellence.

The school provides personalized attention to students, maintaining a low teacher-student ratio to support individual learning needs. The school accepts applications from December to September, requiring a completed form, birth certificate or passport, immunization/medical records, and previous academic reports. Upon admission, families participate in an orientation program to review the school's code of conduct and policies. Tuition fees are collected termly or annually, with options for installment payments available under specific conditions.

The school operates on a daily schedule beginning at 7:45 am, with classes running from 8:00 am to 1:55 pm. Extracurricular and club activities take place from 1:55 pm to 2:55 pm, which is the official closing time. The academic year includes various events such as graduation ceremonies, sports days, science and tech fairs, and career weeks.

The campuses feature specialized learning spaces including science laboratories (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), music labs, art rooms, home economics labs, and ICT suites. Sports facilities include a football field, basketball and lawn tennis courts, and a swimming pool. The school grounds are equipped with libraries, air-conditioned classrooms, interactive whiteboards, and safety infrastructure such as CCTV and fire alarm systems.
