Leila C. Saad SABIS School El-Metn – El-Mtein

The school follows the comprehensive SABIS Educational System, which covers KG2 through Grade 12. Instruction is delivered through the proprietary SABIS Point System, which breaks lessons into measurable objectives and utilizes frequent assessments to ensure student mastery.

The school implements a non-selective admissions policy. It is a tuition-free private institution specifically established to serve children from low-income families in Lebanon, many of whom have had little or no prior access to formal schooling.

The school is located in the village of El-Mtein in the mountains of Mount Lebanon. It was originally established in a restored mountain hotel.

The school features the SABIS Student Life Organization (SLO), which encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities, school management, and community work. Recent activities include student-led initiatives such as holiday musicals.
