Guided by a Scandinavian philosophy of integrated education, the school prioritizes collaboration, community, and project-based learning. It aims to move away from traditional rote learning, instead fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking to prepare students for the real world.

The school offers a complete educational pathway including primary education (grades 0–4) based on the IB Primary Years Programme (IB PYP), lower secondary (grades 5–8) with an emphasis on technology and entrepreneurship, higher secondary (grades 9–10), and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) for grades 11–12. Instruction is provided in both national and international classes, with the IB DP taught in English.

Graduates are prepared for international challenges, with many alumni continuing their studies at universities in Lithuania and abroad, such as Leiden University and ISM. The school focuses on cultivating critical thinking, independence, and collaboration skills to prepare students as global leaders.

The school employs psychologists and speech therapists to support student well-being and development. Additionally, it maintains an alumni mentorship programme to provide guidance and support to current students as they explore their academic and career paths.

The school offers national and international classes for students from pre-primary through grade 12. The admission process includes a knowledge, skills, and comprehension test for grades 5–12, and applicants are encouraged to secure their place during the advance admission period from October to March.

The academic year begins on September 1st with a festive opening ceremony. The school year concludes on June 17th for grades 0–4 and June 19th for grades 5–12, with scheduled breaks including autumn, winter (Christmas), February, and spring holidays.

The Vilnius campus, located at 26 Aguonų Street, features a modern gym, swimming pool, science laboratory, library, and spacious learning areas. The Kaunas campus at J. Gruodžio g. 9 is equipped with modern classrooms, workshops, laboratories, and dedicated recreation areas.

The school provides a range of informal education, including extracurricular activities, themed day camps during holidays, and a Saturday school for children aged 5 to 8. These programmes are designed to enrich student experience, foster creativity, and develop social skills in a safe environment.
