She works to implement global education practices and provide leadership and management to foster a safe and collaborative school culture.

    Amaral graduated from the University of Pernambuco and received an MA in education from Framingham University (USA). With more than 25 years of experience in education, he previously worked at Graded, The American School in São Paulo, and served as an IB Programme Co-ordinator. Today, he leads Escola Eleva Botafogo by sharing his extensive professional knowledge and educational experience.
