The school requires a guided tour for prospective parents as the first step in the admission process. Applications are subject to vacancy availability, with priority given to siblings of current students, children of alumni, and children of staff members. The process includes an academic assessment for students applying to second grade and above, followed by a formal admission fee payment upon acceptance.

The school operates on a schedule from 8:40 a.m. to 3:50 p.m., which includes afternoon activities. The academic year features various events such as the Afternoon Activities Programme (AAP) exhibitions, international awareness days like the Day of La Francophonie and World Water Day, and collaborative meetings for the school community.

Located on a 50,000 m2 campus in Pachacamac, the school features modern classrooms equipped with smart screens and furniture.
