Prospective families must complete a registration form and meet specific enrollment requirements. Registration and transportation fees are payable in advance upon enrollment. The school provides bus services for students within Nizwa and to distant towns including Izki and Adam.

The school operates on a Sunday to Thursday schedule, with hours from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm. The academic year includes scheduled periods for final examinations and various school events, such as the annual Arab Library Day and summer camps.

The campus features 18 well-ventilated classrooms equipped with interactive smart boards and security cameras. Specialized facilities include a computer laboratory with 22 computers, a science laboratory stocked with physics and biology equipment, a library with over 1,000 books, and a vast playground with a sports area and a dedicated fun zone for children.

The school offers a variety of enrichment activities, including karate classes, robotics, and summer camps. Students are encouraged to participate in school events and competitions, such as reading contests, to foster creativity and social development.
