Haileybury is a co-educational, not-for-profit private school that aspires to be a great world school through a focus on brilliant teaching, academic excellence, and an entrepreneurial spirit. It provides education from Early Learning through to Year 12 across multiple campuses and online.

Teaching approach

The school operates under the motto 'every student matters every day' and utilizes a Parallel Education Model that recognizes the unique social, emotional, and educational needs of students. It employs an Explicit Teaching Model to master core literacy and numeracy skills, while fostering an entrepreneurial and enterprising spirit. Programmes

Core literacy and numeracy are developed through explicit instruction in the Junior years, while the Middle years combine explicit instruction with student-centred learning to broaden analytical thinking.
