Founded by the Hiranandani Foundation, the school operates on the principle of 'Mens Sana in Corpore Sano' (a sound mind in a sound body). The school year commences in June and concludes in April. For the 2026-27 academic year, classes I through X and XII are scheduled to reopen on June 10, 2026, while Standard XI classes reopen on June 17, 2026. Orientation for Hiradale and Pre-Primary levels is held on June 10, with classes for these levels beginning on June 11.

The campus features well-ventilated classrooms, an auditorium, and wide open spaces for student comfort. Sports facilities include a swimming pool, a basketball court, and grounds for outdoor games. The school also maintains modern, well-equipped science and computer laboratories.
