The school is built on the conviction that every child can achieve success regardless of their background. It emphasizes a safe and orderly environment as a prerequisite for learning, combined with high academic expectations. The school promotes traditional educational values and aims to foster a bilingual command of both Swedish and English.

The school follows the Swedish national curriculum, with up to 50% of instruction delivered in English by qualified teachers from various English-speaking countries. In addition to core subjects, students study modern foreign languages such as Spanish, French, or German. The school is a registered associate of Cambridge Assessment International Education, offering students the opportunity to pursue extra challenges through the Cambridge IGCSE programme.

The school aims to prepare students for a globalized world by ensuring they command both Swedish and English. Students consistently perform well, with national test results in core subjects often exceeding national averages. Graduates are equipped with the academic foundation necessary for further studies, including upper secondary education (gymnasiet).

The school employs dedicated student health and care teams, including school doctors, nurses, counsellors, psychologists, and special educators. These teams work alongside teachers to support students' learning, development, and health. Additionally, students have access to extra help and support sessions outside of regular lessons to revisit topics or pursue further challenges.

Admission is based on a queue system, with places offered in order of registration date. Families can join the queue from 1 February in the year after a child is born, and sibling priority may apply if a sibling is already enrolled. The school does not use entrance exams or selection tests for admission. While families can join the queue from abroad, school places are only offered to students who are registered residents in Sweden.

The academic year typically begins in August, with specific introduction days for new students. The school calendar includes scheduled autumn and spring breaks, as well as in-service days for staff development. Parents are invited to information sessions and open house events throughout the year.

Campuses are designed to be safe and orderly environments, often featuring fenced-in schoolyards to ensure only students and staff are present. Facilities include dedicated recreation areas, libraries, and spaces for sports and music. During breaks, staff supervise students and lead organized activities, such as football, ping pong, and chess, to encourage social interaction and physical activity.

The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities designed to foster teamwork and personal development. These include house-based competitions, such as choir contests, as well as sports teams, chess clubs, music lounges, and reading circles. Students are encouraged to participate in these activities to learn new skills and engage with their peers outside of the classroom.
