The school is committed to providing a Christian international education that focuses on the whole student. The school offers a K-12 American international curriculum, beginning with Pre-Kindergarten. Graduates receive an internationally recognized diploma, and alumni have gone on to attend universities worldwide, including institutions such as Duke, Pepperdine, Purdue, Wheaton, UC Berkeley, Yonsei, Lunds, and the University of Technology of Vienna. The school provides English Language Learning (ELL) support for students in grades K-12. This programme is designed to facilitate English immersion within the standard classroom setting.

The school admits students of any race, color, national, or ethnic origin. Prospective families must submit an application, previous school transcripts, and participate in an admissions interview. For students whose first language is not English, an oral interview, grammar test, and essay are required to determine English Language Learning (ELL) placement. Eligibility for specific grade levels is determined by the student's age as of July 1 of the enrolling school year.

The school operates on a standard academic schedule with hours from 08:30 to 15:00, Monday through Friday. After-school programs are available from 15:00 to 17:00. The school community also observes various cultural and international holidays throughout the year.

Located in the historical center of Saint Petersburg at the BK Business Center, the school features multiple classrooms, including dedicated spaces for science, art, and music. The campus includes an in-house elementary gymnasium and a secure outdoor play area. For middle and high school physical education and sports, the school rents external state-of-the-art gymnasium facilities. Students are provided with access to computers, the internet, and technical support.

The school offers a range of after-school activities, special events, and sports programs. The athletic programme, known as the Guardians, includes soccer teams that compete against local clubs and internal staff/parent teams.
