The school operates Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. The daily schedule for Nursery and Reception is 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, with classes starting at 9.00 am and optional late pick-up until 7.00 pm. For Years 1 through 13, teaching time is 8.30 am to 3.30 pm, followed by after-school clubs until 6.00 pm and late pick-up until 7.00 pm.

Located in the Lefortovo district, the campus features a purpose-built building with spacious classrooms equipped with tablet and netbook banks, science laboratories, and an IT/robotics centre. The facilities include a library, art studio, music and assembly hall, gymnasium, and a dining hall. Outdoor amenities include two playgrounds and an all-weather sports pitch, with access to nearby university athletic tracks and a large indoor swimming pool.

The school offers a variety of after-school clubs and activities, including advanced ballet lessons, robotics, and computer coding. Students participate in inter-house football tournaments, sports days, and creative events such as snow sculpture competitions and seasonal carnivals. Additionally, the school organizes field trips to museums and cultural sites, and students lead all-school assemblies to present research on global issues.
