The school offers a K-12 academic program, with the elementary curriculum (Grades K-5) based on the framework provided by the Başkent International Community School. The secondary program (Grades 6-12) is accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA-CESS) and serves as a Cambridge International Examinations centre for IGCSE, AS, and A2 levels. Elementary students also receive instruction in art, music, physical education, information technology, and drama.

The school’s graduate profile focuses on the development of the 'heart, head, and hands.' Graduates are expected to demonstrate academic competency in humanities and STEM, possess strong character and empathy, and actively contribute to their communities through innovation and ethical stewardship of resources. Students are encouraged to pursue lifelong learning and maintain intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and physical health.

The school provides English as a Secondary Language (ESL) support to assist students in meeting the requirements of its rigorous academic program. Support services are integrated into the school's structure to ensure students can access the curriculum effectively.

The admissions process begins in January with a pre-registration period for currently enrolled students, followed by returning students and those on the waitlist. In mid-February, remaining spaces are opened to the general expatriate community in Istanbul. All applicants must complete a registration form, and new students are required to submit a formal application. Because of the academic rigor, students whose first language is not English must pass an English proficiency exam before admission is granted.

The school is housed in a six-story building in Ümraniye, originally a textile factory, which includes an extensive library with 16,000 texts, a science laboratory, and a multi-purpose room with a stage. Outdoor facilities feature an all-weather soccer pitch for 8-a-side games, a soft-surface playground, a black tarmac basketball court, and a covered play area. The basement level provides changing rooms and a kitchen, while the upper floors are divided into administrative offices, elementary classrooms, and secondary department spaces.

The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities designed to complement the academic program. Students have opportunities to participate in the arts and athletics, fostering personal growth and community engagement. These activities are intended to help students develop hobbies and pursue interests outside of the classroom.
