International School 33 (IS33) is a bilingual international school located in Gradignan, near Bordeaux, serving students from ages 2 to 18. It is the first International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, combining the IB curriculum with Montessori methods and French-English bilingual immersion.

About the campus

The campus consists of two modern buildings located 500 meters apart. The first building (850 m²) serves students from kindergarten to 4e and features a library, a science lab, visual arts rooms, 3D printers, a dojo, and an 1,800 m² outdoor playground with sports zones. The second building (480 m²) is dedicated to older students from 3e to terminale, providing spacious classrooms, exam rooms, quiet study areas, a laboratory, and a 1,000 m² secure green outdoor space.

Co-curriculars

Students participate in weekly physical education, including motor skills for younger children and sports like judo, basketball, and football for older students. Artistic development is supported through weekly music and visual arts classes.
