ISN offers the Cambridge Pathway, including Early Years (ages 4-5), Cambridge Primary (ages 5-11), Cambridge Lower Secondary (ages 11-14), Cambridge Upper Secondary/IGCSE (ages 14-16), and Cambridge Advanced AS/A Levels (ages 16-18). The primary curriculum includes Mathematics, English, Science, Social Studies, Art, Music, Physical Education, and the interdisciplinary Global Perspectives programme. Secondary students engage in a Personal Development Programme that incorporates coaching and future-skills training.

The school provides an English as a Second Language (ESL) programme for primary students to assist with language acquisition. For secondary students, the school utilizes an individualized coaching system to support personal development and academic progress. The curriculum is differentiated to meet individual needs, and the school offers additional support for both non-native English and non-native German speakers.

The school accepts applications throughout the school year, subject to availability. The process involves an initial inquiry, a meeting (in-person or online) with the school leadership, and a one-week trial period for the prospective student. Final enrollment requires the submission of previous academic records and the signing of an enrollment contract.

The school operates on an all-day basis from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The minimum contract period for enrollment is one full school year, running from August 1 to July 31.

Located in a historic 19th-century landmark building in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, the campus features a U-shaped design with a central courtyard, green spaces, and a football field. Facilities include a library with English and German resources, a modern science laboratory, and a vaulted cellar. Students have access to iPads, laptops, and various digital learning platforms to support their studies.

ISN offers an After-School Activities Programme that provides a wide range of options for students. The school also facilitates the Duke of Edinburgh Award, which includes outdoor expeditions focused on navigation, campcraft, and first aid. Additionally, students participate in community projects and international leadership opportunities, such as the American Youth Foundation’s National Leadership Conference.
